ARA---------------------------Condemning in the strongest possible terms the killing of Bharat Tiwari (from Bilauti) by the police in a so-called encounter following his surrender, Acharya Bharatbhushan Pandey, National President of the Akhil Bharatiya Jan Sangh, has urged the state government to bring the absolute truth of the matter to light. The Jan Sangh President has demanded that Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary order a judicial inquiry into the incident and provide adequate assistance to the bereaved family. He noted that, according to the police, the young man was mentally unstable and required appropriate medical treatment. Having surrendered after laying down his arms during a Facebook Live session, his subsequent death in a so-called encounter has deeply distressed the local citizens, who view the event as tragic and unfortunate. Reports indicate that the young man had no prior criminal record. Consequently, suspicions regarding a brutal killing are mounting among the public, making a credible investigation and strict legal action against those found guilty essential.
