BUXAR--------------------------On the evening of Sunday, March 15, 2026, a wondrous and mysterious sight appeared in the sky—a phenomenon known in scientific parlance as a "Space Jellyfish." This spectacle was visible across several parts of India, leaving onlookers spellbound.

In reality, this visual display was created by the smoke and exhaust gases emitted from a Long March 6A (LM-6A) rocket launched from China's Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center. As the rocket ascends to high altitudes, the gases expelled from its engines expand significantly due to lower atmospheric pressure, eventually taking on a shape resembling a jellyfish.

Scientists refer to this as the "Twilight Phenomenon." Even though darkness descends upon the ground after sunset, the sun's rays continue to illuminate the rocket and its exhaust gases at high altitudes. The light reflecting off these gases and smoke particles begins to glow against the dark sky, creating a tail-like formation that appears blue or white in color.

Abhay Singh and Piyush Singh, residents of Dalsagar village within the Industrial Police Station area of ​​Buxar district, successfully captured this unique spectacle on their mobile cameras. Their photographs are rapidly going viral on social media, and people appear highly excited by the sight of this magnificent phenomenon.
