RAJIV NAYAN AGRAWAL

ARA-------------------------With the aim of strengthening relations between the police and the public and ensuring the quality of policing in Bhojpur district, Superintendent of Police Mr. Raj successfully organized a Jan Samvad (Public Interaction) program at the Udwantnagar police station premises on Thursday.  During the program, he directly listened to the problems of the general public and immediately issued necessary instructions for their resolution.

Most of the cases brought to the SP's attention during the Jan Samvad program were related to land disputes, domestic disputes, dowry harassment, etc. Some cases also involved ongoing legal matters. Mr. Raj patiently listened to all the cases and gave clear instructions to the concerned police officers on the spot for the quick and just resolution of these problems.

Highlighting the main objectives of this Jan Samvad program, Superintendent of Police Raj said that its primary aim is to promote a sense of trust and cooperation between the police and the public. He added that this program is also playing a significant role in ensuring the effectiveness and quality of policing. He informed that this initiative has been successfully organized in various phases since December 11th, and so far, it has provided considerable assistance to the general public in resolving their problems.

It should be noted that the SP's Jan Samvad program will now be held at the Jagdishpur police station on December 27th (Saturday). This is an excellent opportunity for the public to present their problems directly to the Superintendent of Police. After the Jan Samvad program, blankets were distributed to the needy with the help of police officers and personnel of the Udwantnagar police station to protect them from the cold.
