ARA----------------------------The Nawada police have pasted posters at the homes of three accused who are absconding in a firing case. Nawada police sub-inspector Ajit Kumar Jha, after making an announcement with a drum, pasted the posters at the homes of Sittu Singh, son of late Surendra Singh, a resident of Lahang Dumaria village under Bihiya police station; Hala Singh, son of Umeshwar Singh alias Akhilesh Singh; and Kalyug Singh alias Chand Bahadur Singh, son of late Nirmal Singh, a resident of Karisath village under Gajrajganj OP of Udwantnagar police station. If the three accused do not surrender before the police or the court, the police will initiate proceedings to attach and confiscate their properties.

It may be recalled that on the evening of November 19, 2025, armed miscreants in a car opened fire at the office of advocate Anjani Kumar Tiwari, son of late Narvadeshwar Tiwari, a resident of Chandwa in the Chandwa Mod area under Nawada police station, following a minor dispute with his nephew. Anjani Kumar Tiwari then filed an FIR against Kalyug Singh, Sittu Singh, and Hala Singh, along with two other unidentified persons. The three accused have been absconding since then.
