RAJIV NAYAN AGRAWAL

ARA--------------------------In Agared village of Suryapura block, the great sage and saint of India, Shri Lakshmi Prapanna Jeeyar Swami Ji Maharaj, while narrating a discourse, said that one should adopt seven principles in life. These seven principles are as follows:  The first principle of life is controlling one's posture (Jeet Asano). The posture we sit in should be pure and proper. The second is controlling one's breath (Jeet Swaso). We should also have control over our breath.  Every person should practice pranayama daily to improve their health through breathing exercises.

The third principle of living life is controlling one's company (Jeet Sango). We should also improve our company. We should associate only with those who are cultured and whose conduct is virtuous. The fourth is controlling one's diet (Jeet Aharo). For a better and beautiful life, the diet should also be pure and wholesome. In human life, our body is like a temple, and we should put only good food into this temple. The fifth principle of living life is controlling one's behavior (Jeet Vyavaharo). We should behave respectfully towards others.

Our behavior should be such that it does not harm anyone. The sixth principle for a better life is conquering anger (Jeet Krodho). We should have control over our anger. The seventh principle of living life is conquering the senses (Jeet Indriyo). We should also gain victory over our senses. The body has five organs of action and five organs of knowledge, and the mind is their master. Every person should have control over these 11 senses. The person who controls their senses and gains victory over them has a blessed life. These seven principles are very important for our lives, helping us achieve good results in our lives.

The concluding ceremony of the Shri Lakshmi Narayan Mahayagya also took place. Special arrangements were made for a community feast on this occasion. The concluding ceremony of the yagna was performed by offering coconuts into the sacrificial fire. A community feast was also organized continuously from morning till evening.
