ARA---------------------------Police have arrested another accused in connection with a case involving a clash and firing incident sparked by a land-grabbing dispute in Ramapur Sanadiya village, under the Mufassil police station area. The arrested individual is Rahul Yadav (alias Shubham Yadav), son of Ramdev Yadav—a native of Jagatpur Pakdi village—who currently resides in the Bind Toli neighborhood under the jurisdiction of the Town police station.

Rahul Yadav (alias Shubham Yadav) is reported to be an accused not originally named in the initial FIR; however, police investigation has implicated him in the firing incident. He was arrested from Bind Toli under the leadership of Mufassil Station House Officer (SHO) Ram Kalyan Yadav. A total of seven accused have been arrested by the police in this case so far.

It is worth noting that on Wednesday, two groups clashed in Ramapur Sanadiya village over a land-grabbing dispute. The incident involved a violent altercation and gunfire. Police personnel who arrived at the scene were also threatened. Based on a police statement, an FIR was registered against 36 named individuals and 250 unidentified persons from both sides. The accused include members of 'B. Company' and 'Dhruv Brand,' as well as some prominent contractors from the city.
