ARA-----------------------------Today, I had the privilege of visiting the ancestral home of Ms. Mamta Kumari—the Block Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Welfare Officer—in Phulai village (Bihiya, Bhojpur) to honor her by presenting a traditional stole (*angavastra*), a garland, and a rose.
On this occasion, I urged her to serve with utmost honesty and sensitivity wherever she is posted, ensuring timely justice and the delivery of government scheme benefits to the poor, Dalits, the exploited, and the needy. An officer's greatest achievement is when, even after their transfer, the public remembers them with respect and says, "Mamta Kumari was a good, honest, and public-spirited officer."
Ms. Mamta Kumari hails from a family where her respected father served as an officer in the Indian Army. I am confident that the same spirit of service to the nation, discipline, and dedication will be reflected in her administrative work.
Hundreds of villagers, including Uma Shankar Singh, Hridaynarayan Singh, Kiran Singh, Lallu Sharma, Guddu Yadav, and Rohit Kumar, were present on this occasion.
