SASARAM-----------------------Addressing the one-day district-level workers' conference of the Rashtriya Lok Morcha (RLM)—held at Rimjhim Water Park in Kanchanpur village on the Sasaram National Highway—Party National President Upendra Kushwaha spoke to block presidents, city presidents, panchayat presidents, ward presidents, and state-level party workers. He stated that the worker belonging to the party's smallest unit is the panchayat or booth-level worker. He remarked that the panchayat president acts as the backbone of the party, making the organization empowered and strong. A party holds no significance if it lacks strength at the grassroots level. He advised party members to maintain a spirit of brotherhood among themselves. Upendra Kushwaha remarked that the familial bond found within the Rashtriya Lok Morcha is unparalleled by any other party in the country. He stated that the credit for strengthening the party's image belongs primarily to the Panchayat and Block presidents. Addressing the workers' conference, Alok Singh—the State President of Rashtriya Lok Morcha and MLA from Dinara—emphasized that every worker is the backbone of the party and must discharge their responsibilities with dedication. The State President urged workers to operate at the booth level to ensure the creation of a robust organization. Other speakers at the event also shared their views. The National President personally sought the opinions of the Panchayat presidents. The entire event was conducted by the party's District President, Kapil Kumar Kushwaha. Hundreds of workers attended the conference, including prominent party members such as Jhunna Singh, Ishwarchand Kushwaha, Ram Parikha Singh, Vishal Singh, Vaijayanti Paswan, Santoshi Devi, Shanti Devi, Vinay Kumar, Banarasi Kushwaha, Akhilesh Kumar Singh, and Bindelal.
