ARA------------------------The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) has raised its voice against the dire circumstances currently facing the general public across the country and the state. As part of this initiative, RJD workers organized protests and demonstrations in all blocks of Bhojpur district on Tuesday, registering strong opposition to the anti-people policies of both the central and state governments.
Rising inflation and unemployment have crippled the middle and poor classes. Skyrocketing prices of LPG, petrol, diesel, and essential food items have completely destabilized the common man's budget. Meanwhile, the lack of employment opportunities for the youth has become a critical issue. During the protests, RJD workers targeted the government and demanded immediate, concrete steps to resolve these pressing problems.
The issue of the reduction in security cover for former Chief Minister Rabri Devi and Lalu Prasad Yadav was also prominently raised. The party strongly criticized the government, terming the move as politically motivated. Furthermore, the government's attitude regarding the former Chief Minister's residence was condemned. RJD leaders believe the government is acting out of a spirit of vendetta, targeting opposition leaders while disregarding constitutional norms.
Despite the scorching heat, a large number of party workers and members of the general public participated in these events held across various blocks of Bhojpur district. Speakers emphasized that the RJD would not compromise on the public's interests and that the party's struggle would continue until the government curbs inflation and unemployment.
