Under the chairmanship of the Deputy Development Commissioner, Bhojpur, beautification work will be carried out in a phased manner in coordination with various departments in 71 identified ponds in the district for proper disposal of greywater. Today, in this series, the pond located in Chakwat of Bihiya Panchayat, which is spread over an area of ​​52 bighas, was inspected. The Deputy Development Commissioner held a village chaupal with the Panchayat and villagers, and while speaking about public contact and the cooperation and support of the public, said that this is an effort of the Bhojpur district administration, which will be made successful in a phased manner with everyone's cooperation. Several ponds in the district will be selected and made beautiful and clean. In this series, today the beautification work will be completed by visiting the ponds and establishing coordination with all departments, so that the villagers can benefit. The development of ponds, fish farming, agricultural activities, parks, small playgrounds on the banks, rural markets, and open gyms will benefit the Panchayat level, while also curbing the exploitation of water resources and promoting water conservation.
