ARA-----------------------Amidst the rising heat in Bihar, the Meteorological Department has issued an alert for thunderstorms, rain, and lightning. The weather in Bihar is expected to change from March 9th. According to the latest forecast, the districts of Seemanchal, Kosi, and South Bihar will face the risk of lightning and strong winds next week. Rain may also occur in some areas during this period. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for this.

According to the forecast issued by the Meteorological Center, Patna, winds of 30-40 kilometers per hour are possible in some areas of Kishanganj, Araria, Supaul, and Madhubani districts on Monday, March 9th. Thunderstorms are also possible at some places during this period. Meanwhile, on Tuesday, March 10th, a yellow alert is issued for Shivhar, Sitamarhi, Madhubani, Supaul, Madhepura, Araria, Purnia, Katihar, and Kishanganj districts.

This effect will also be felt in South Bihar on March 11th. On this day, there is a possibility of storm, lightning and thunder in Kosi, Seemanchal as well as districts like Kaimur, Rohtas, Aurangabad, Gayaji, Nawada of South Bihar.
