Jalmandali Trade Unions Felicitated JAC Chairman Mogulla Raji Reddy for resolving their Problems 

Hyderabad (RNI) Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) Trade Unions JAC Chairman Mogulla Raji Reddy has accused the ruling union BRTU of neglecting the workers and employees for 10 years and ignoring the promises made during the elections. He criticized that while the workers had made BRTU win with great ideals and confidence, the union could not even pay the overtime (OT) wages dues. He explained that after the Congress party came to power, congress party supported the workers and employees and also sanctioned the OT compensation dues .Expressing happiness over the recent talks with the state government and sanctioning the OT compensation dues till July, workers and employees of all divisions (H.M.W., S.S.B.), Q. A. T. and those who were promoted after seven new posts were sanctioned, also felicitated Mogulla Raji Reddy at the I.N.T.U.C state offices in Hyderabad, Narayanaguda on Friday. They thanked Raji Reddy for mediation with the government and working hard to pay the OT compensation due to workers. In the JAC Steering Committee meeting held at this juncture , the JAC Steering Committee decided that the Congress affiliated unions in the Water Board should contest the Recognition Committee elections under the I.N.T.U.C banner, and the meeting resolved to submit a representation to the Labor Department and the government demanding that the Recognition Committee elections to be held immediately in the Water works Board.  The problems of the workers have already been brought to the attention of the government, including the sanction of overtime (OT) compensation arrears, and it has been decided to work to resolve more problems as soon as possible, but in the meantime, if the schedule for the election of the Recognition Commission is released, the steering committee meeting decided to assure the workers and employees that the remaining problems of the workers and employees will be resolved after the elections, to make them 'JAC election promises', and to work to resolve them immediately after the elections are over. In the future, the problems of the employees and workers will also be brought to the attention of the government and they will do their best to resolve them, he assured. 

Mogulla Rajireddy said that the government has already responded positively to all problems and there are chances that more problems will be resolved soon.  JAC Steering Committee members JAC Raghavendra Raju, Alli Shravan Kumar, MD Jehangir, B.
