The Urban Development and Housing Department has issued a detailed order in this regard, and the concerned district officials as well as departmental offices have been apprised of this decision to ensure that future administrative proceedings are completed within the stipulated timeframe.
In the case of Md. Neshat Alam, the departmental committee arrived at this decision after examining his representations and the prevailing circumstances at the time. Following this decision, the process of reassigning duties to the concerned official will be advanced in accordance with departmental regulations. The offices of the Urban Development and Housing Department have been directed to prioritize the necessary administrative actions in light of this notification.

This action was taken against him due to serious allegations regarding delays in the approval of a hospital building plan and the arbitrary imposition of penalties.
