FIR FOR MURDER
An FIR has been lodged in the case of murder of RJD labour cell president Arjun Yadav, which took place on Monday at the main gate of Cheesa Thermal Power Plant. The FIR has been lodged by his elder brother Karan Yadav. Karan has lodged a complaint accusing eight people of Banarpur of Arjun's murder.

BUXAR------------------------An FIR has been lodged in the case of murder of RJD labour cell president Arjun Yadav, which took place on Monday at the main gate of Cheesa Thermal Power Plant. The FIR has been lodged by his elder brother Karan Yadav. Karan has lodged a complaint accusing eight people of Banarpur of Arjun's murder. As soon as the FIR was lodged, the police investigation has intensified. The people against whom the FIR has been lodged include Manoranjan Pandey alias Raja Pandey, father late Shriman Narayan Pandey, Amit Tiwari, father Mahesh Tiwari, Dharmendra Tiwari, father Kariya Tiwari, Hariom Tiwari, father Guddu alias Sunil Tiwari, Guddu Tiwari alias Sunil Tiwari, father Narendra Tiwari, Narendra Tiwari, father Namatum, Om Pandey, father Dhonda Pandey, Munna Tiwari, father Keshav Tiwari, all of village Banarpur and their other associates have been accused of murdering him as part of a conspiracy.
In the application given to the police, the brother of the deceased has mentioned that his brother was a contractor in L&T company. On Monday morning around 11.15 am he was going to meet the officials in the plant from Mohanpurva gate. He parked his Thar vehicle near the gate and got down to take water. As soon as he reached the vehicle after taking water, three criminals riding on a bike shot him, due to which he fell down in a wounded state and died during treatment. After the FIR was registered, the police has intensified the investigation of this case. If the police is to be believed, apart from the facts mentioned in the FIR, investigation is being done on many points. Buxar SP Shubham Arya said that an FIR has been registered against eight people. The police is conducting raids to arrest the accused.
