BUXAR-----------------------Shahabad range DIG, Satya Prakash, on the recommendation of Buxar SP Shubham Arya suspended the Station House Officer (SHO), Rajpur police station Santosh Kumar.

The role of the SHO was found suspicious in the massacre that took place in Ahiyapur village of Rajpur police station area on Saturday morning. At the same time, the victim's side was repeatedly accusing the SHO and the accused of collusion. The victim's side said that the SHO has met the main accused Santosh and Manoj Yadav and they have carried out such a big incident with the support of the police. Not only this, police sources say that his indifference was also revealed in the arrest of the accused of triple murder, after which the SP recommended his suspension to the DIG. After which on Tuesday the DIG has suspended him. After this action of the department, the trust of the victim's side towards the police has increased. If the victim's side is to be believed, now they will get justice. It is worth mentioning that on Saturday morning in Ahiyapur, former District Board President representative Manoj Yadav and former District Board Vice President Santosh Yadav along with their henchmen had openly played the game of death in the village. Three people died on the spot in the firing, while two are still struggling for life. Since the incident, questions were being raised on the role of the then police station in-charge Santosh Kumar. Now, with the department taking action against him, the allegations of the victims have been confirmed.
