District Magistrate of Bhojpur, Tanay Sultania, conducted a surprise inspection of the Community Health Centre (CHC), Koilwar. During the inspection, he thoroughly assessed the available health services, infrastructure, and service delivery mechanisms. He instructed the concerned officials and healthcare staff that providing timely, high-quality, and dignified healthcare services to every patient must be the top priority. He stated unequivocally that no compromise regarding the quality of service would be tolerated.

As part of the inspection, the District Magistrate examined the cleanliness of the hospital premises, the OPD, the heatwave ward, the vaccination center, the X-ray room, diagnostic facilities, the medicine distribution center, and other hospital wards. After reviewing all arrangements in detail, he directed that essential medicines, diagnostic facilities, and medical services be made available to every patient without delay, ensuring that everyone visiting the hospital receives accessible and satisfactory healthcare.

The District Magistrate interacted directly with patients undergoing treatment and their families, gathering detailed information regarding their health status, treatment, the availability of doctors, medicine distribution, diagnostic facilities, and the services provided at the hospital. He listened carefully to the patients' concerns and suggestions and instructed the concerned officials to ensure prompt and effective action based on the feedback received.

He remarked that the objective of healthcare services is not merely to provide treatment but also to instill a sense of trust and satisfaction among patients and their families.

The Deputy Development Commissioner, Assistant Collector, Director (DRDA), and other concerned officials were present during the inspection.
