SASARAM-----------------------The meeting related to Revenue Campaign and Cooperation Camp was conducted by District Officer, Udita Singh through video conferencing. Additional Collector-cum-Additional District Magistrate Lalit Bhushan Ranjan and District Land Acquisition Officer Zafar Hasan were also present in the meeting. All DCLRs and Circle Officers participated in the meeting through video conferencing. During the meeting, the District Officer reviewed point wise progress of various revenue services including operation of cooperation camp, review of applications received and status of execution of pending cases, online mutation, Parimarjan Plus, e-Mapi, Abhiyan Basera-2, applications received under Revenue Mahabhiyan, encroachment. During the review, instructions were given to take necessary action with special emphasis on reducing the number of reverts in online applications. While reviewing the execution of encroachment cases, clear instructions were given that all encroachment related applications should be received and executed through online medium. The District Magistrate said that to ensure transparency and accountability in revenue administration, no Circle Officer should start offline process. .will not function through [this channel]. During the review, special discussions were held regarding pending cases related to online mutation. Instructions were issued to ensure the speedy disposal of applications pending at the Circle offices. Terming the timely delivery of revenue services as the department's top priority, the District Magistrate (DM) directed officials to accelerate the resolution of pending cases. All Circle Officers and DCLRs were instructed to ensure the immediate uploading of all applications related to encroachment disputes onto the portal. Additionally, Circle Officers were directed to verify the actual status of cases marked as 'not fit' by conducting field verifications and surveys.
The District Magistrate stated that the timely resolution of revenue-related matters concerning the general public is a priority for the administration, and unnecessary delays at any level would not be tolerated. Concerned officials were directed to take necessary action for the swift disposal of pending cases. To ensure effective compliance with these instructions and continuous monitoring of progress, the Senior Deputy Collector (Revenue) was directed to conduct regular reviews and supervision.
