SASARAM------------------------A protest was held at the district headquarters in Sasaram against the NEET question paper leak. The demonstration was presided over by Abid Hussain, the Rohtas District President of the Aam Aadmi Party, and led by State Joint Secretary Tejpratap Yadav; during the event, an effigy of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan was burned. Tejpratap Yadav demanded that the Central Government provide compensation of ₹50 lakh each to the families of candidates who committed suicide due to the NEET paper leak, as well as a government job for one family member. Meanwhile, Abid Hussain demanded the immediate dismissal of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and the imposition of the death penalty on the guilty parties to prevent any future exam paper leaks. Party functionaries who participated in this protest included District Organization Secretary Omprakash Singh, District General Secretary Sayyad Sherjahan, District Secretary Deepak Kushwaha, Joint Secretary Hanuman Sah, Karakat Assembly President Nirbhay Singh, District Vice-President (Minority Cell) Dr. Mahtab Alam, Kargahar Assembly President Prashant Kumar Verma, District President (Farmers' Cell) Kamlesh Singh Patel, Dharmraj Singh, and Vicky Kumar, among others.
