RAJIV NAYAN AGRAWAL

ARA------------------------A public dialogue will be organized at the Arrah Club on April 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM, under the joint aegis of the Veer Kunwar Singh University Alumni Association and the Shahabad Civil Society. A meeting regarding the preparations for this event was held at the Arrah Club on Monday, presided over by Prof. Nandji Dubey. The theme for the public dialogue has been designated as "The Valor of 1857: The Heroism and Sacrifice of Veer Kunwar Singh." Educationists and former Vice-Chancellors of the university—Prof. K.C. Sinha and Prof. Syed Mumtazuddin—will attend the program as special guests, while former Vice-Chancellor Prof. Durgvijay Singh will preside over the event. Additionally, several public representatives and dignitaries are expected to participate. During the meeting, speakers noted that while the university's alumni are bringing glory to the institution across the country through their talents, the declining state of the education system within the Shahabad region remains a matter of concern. They emphasized the need to improve the quality of educational institutions and to uphold the dignity of the university. The proceedings of the program were conducted by the convener, Dr. Shashi Kumar Singh.
