During his visit, he met the bereaved family, expressed deep condolences, and assured them of all possible support and assistance in securing justice.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Dilshad Alam remarked that losing a young family member is an incredibly tragic and painful experience for any family. He stated that in such difficult times, it is the responsibility of society and the administration to ensure the aggrieved family receives justice, respect, and necessary support in a timely manner. He added that the 'Human Rights and Social Justice' organization is closely monitoring the entire matter and will make every effort to protect the family's rights.

Awadhesh Kumar from the Ara wing of the 'Human Rights and Social Justice' organization was also present at the meeting. Meanwhile, speaking on behalf of the aggrieved family, Arun Kumar and Rahul Kumar questioned why the family had not yet received their entitlements despite being eligible for statutory rights and government assistance. They demanded that the concerned officials conduct an impartial review of the case and ensure speedy justice as well as the provision of all statutory benefits.

Those present at the condolence meeting paid heartfelt tributes to the late Bharat Tiwari and observed a two-minute silence to pray for the peace of his soul.
