Maheshwar Mishra, the event's chairperson, stated that the 'Dance Bihar Dance' platform offers a golden opportunity for talented participants who wish to build a career in dance and give wings to their dreams. This competition aims to provide a superior platform for talented children and youth from Bihar's cities, towns, and villages to showcase their skills. He announced that participants securing the first, second, and third positions would be honored with cash prizes and accolades.

Manish Verma, the organization's chief advisor, noted that various institutions and dance schools across Bihar's districts are continuously striving to promote children in the field of dance. While there is no shortage of talent, many gifted children often lack access to a proper state-level platform to showcase their art. 'Dance Bihar Dance' Season 5 is an initiative to provide such talented artists with a grand stage. He added that efforts are being made to make this year's competition even better and more spectacular, ensuring participants have excellent opportunities to hone their skills and advance in their journey.

Rishikal Pathak, the organization's director, mentioned that a dance competition of this magnitude had not been organized in Ara or Bihar for several years. Auditions for this event will be held in several districts, including Ara, Patna, Buxar, Koilwar, Dumraon, Madhubani, Munger, Muzaffarpur, Rohtas, Saran, Sitamarhi, Vaishali, Gaya, and Darbhanga.

It was announced that participants in the competition have been divided into four age categories: the 'Kids' category (4–8 years), 'Sub-Junior' category (9–12 years), 'Junior' category (13–17 years), and 'Senior' category (18–30 years).

The group dance competition has been designed around specific themes. Participants will present performances based on social and inspirational topics such as 'Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao' (Save the Girl Child, Educate the Girl Child), women's empowerment, anti-drug campaigns, water conservation, and sportsmanship. The objective is to convey a positive message to society alongside providing entertainment.

During the press conference, it was stated that the 'Dance Bihar Dance Season-5' event would be managed by Satya Event Management. The entire team is making extensive preparations to ensure the competition's success.

Several dignitaries were present on the occasion, including Event President Maheshwar Mishra, Event Manager Rishabh Singh, Media In-charge Anand Kumar, Mentor Kumar Vaibhav, Chief Advisor Manish Verma, Team Coordinator Anjani Kumar, and associates Amrendra Kumar and Priyanshu Bhaskar.
