ARA---------------------------A cluster convention was organized by BAMCEF Bhojpur at the Amar Shaheed Jagdev Prasad Research Institute in Jagdevnagar, Ara.

Dr. Umashankar Singh presented the introductory remarks for the inaugural and orientation session, themed "The Message of Nationalization—Reining in Privatization: Moving from Nationalization towards Democratic State Socialism." While inaugurating the session, Prof. Dudhnath Chaudhary, Head of the Department of Prakrit at Veer Kunwar Singh University, stated that social organizations must play a leading role in resolving the various problems facing the country today. Dr. Chintu, an Assistant Professor of Political Science, emphasized the need to launch mass awareness campaigns across the length and breadth of the country to realize the India envisioned by Babasaheb Dr. Ambedkar.

Mahendra Pratap Sharma, President of 'Sajag Rachnakar', expressed concern over the current state of the country's education system and urged the Bahujan community to make continuous efforts to ensure their children receive higher education. Delivering the presidential address for the first session, Rajaram Singh Priyadarshi remarked that the government aims to dismantle democratic socialism by promoting privatization.

Speaking during the second session on the topic "Fundamental Principles and Programs for the Unity of Moolnivasi-Bahujan Organizations," retired Headmaster Banshidhar Sharma stated that the problems faced by the Moolnivasi-Bahujan community could only be resolved through their unity. Abhishek Mehta, President of the Amar Shaheed Jagdev Prasad Research Institute, urged MP Sudama Prasad to take the initiative in establishing a digital library at the institute. Umesh Kumar Suman, District Secretary of the Employees' Federation (Gop Group, Bhojpur), stated that the development of the country and society is possible only through Bahujan unity, rising above casteism. He noted that the representation of the Bahujan community in Parliament and state assemblies is not commensurate with their population share. Abhishek Bauddh, founder of the Buddh Parivar Sangh, pointed out that despite constituting 85% of the population, Bahujans remain fragmented across various caste-based organizations. Dharm Kumar Ram, District Secretary of the Teachers' Association (Gop Group, Bhojpur), remarked that unity among Bahujans can be achieved only by drawing inspiration from the ideals of great Bahujan figures. Mahendra Sharma, District President of the Sajag Rachnakar Sangh, stated that all Bahujans are united from both historical and social perspectives. Delivering the presidential address, Satyendra Kumar Singh said that representatives from various Bahujan associations were invited to the event with the specific aim of fostering unity among Bahujans, emphasizing that everyone should share a common goal.

The first session of the program was conducted by Dr. Manoj Kumar Gupta, while the second session was conducted by Vibhishan Ram.
