CIVIL COURT OFFICERS CHILLED WATER FACILTIES

RAJIV NAYAN AGRAWAL

BHABHUA------------------------Within the Civil Court premises, litigants, advocates, and judicial staff will now have access to chilled and purified drinking water amidst the scorching summer heat. This public-welfare initiative was inaugurated by District and Sessions Judge Deepak Kumar and District Bar Association President Avadh Kishore Singh through a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Present on this occasion were Family Judge Deepak Kumar Bhatnagar, Judge Dipanjal Mishra, the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Bar Association General Secretary Dharmendra Kumar, Legal Defense Advocate Subodh Kumar, and Public Prosecutor (PP) Deshbandhu Sharma, alongside several other judges and court staff.

Following the inauguration, District Judge Deepak Kumar, the CJM, and the office-bearers of the Bar Association personally consumed the chilled, purified water to inspect the quality and efficacy of the arrangement.

District Judge Deepak Kumar stated that, in view of the severe heat, providing clean and chilled drinking water to the general public, advocates, and judicial employees remains a top priority for the court administration. He added that this facility would not only provide relief to litigants traveling from distant areas but would also effectively resolve the issue of drinking water scarcity within the court premises.

He further emphasized that the objective of the Shivhar Civil Court is to provide relief from the heat and thirst—as well as access to clean drinking water—to all those visiting the court during the summer season.
