BUXAR CIVIL COURT ISSUED ARREST WARRANT AGAINST THE MAIN ACCUSED IN AHIYAPUR TRIPLE MURDER CASE

BUXAR----------------------------Buxar Civil Court issued warrant of arrest of the accused of Ahiyarpur triple murder case under Rajpur police station in Buxar district.

Buxar police had applied in the Civil Court for issuing warrant of arrest against the named accused in the Ahiyapur triple murder case after getting approval of which police started action.

Police sources said that the police will start action against the accused on its own level on the instructions of the court. The activities of Ahiyapur remained deserted on Monday as well.

It may be mentioned here that three persons of a family were killed at Ahiyapur village under Rajpur police station in Buxar district on May 24, 2025 morning while two were seriously injured and are struggling for life in the hospital in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Since the incident, the villagers are living under constant fear and tension also prevails in and around the area following the incident as the main accused Manoj Yadav and Santosh Yadav along with their henchmen are absconding though heavy police force has been deployed to maintain law and order and the police are keeping round the clock vigil.
