BUXAR-----------------------Pawan Kumar Upadhyay, a native of Buxar district, was honored with a gold medal at the 6th Convocation Ceremony of the Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University. News of his achievement has sent a wave of joy across the entire district.

Pawan Kumar Upadhyay originally hails from Bavan Bandh village, located within the jurisdiction of the Dhansoi police station area in Buxar district. He comes from a middle-class family. His father, who was a teacher by profession, passed away during Pawan's childhood. Following this tragedy, his mother shouldered the entire responsibility of the family; she ensured there were no compromises regarding her children's education and made every possible sacrifice to that end. It is a testament to her efforts—combined with his own hard work and dedication—that Pawan has achieved this milestone.

Pawan received the gold medal at the 6th Convocation Ceremony upon completing his postgraduate studies at the Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University, Wardha. Currently, he is engaged in research work as a research scholar in Hindi at the Central University of Rajasthan.

This achievement has created an atmosphere of celebration not only within his immediate family but throughout the entire region. Various social organizations and individuals have extended their best wishes to him. Among those offering their congratulations are Avinash Pandey (District Convener of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad), Tribhuvan Pandey, Himanshu Kashyap, Vivek Pandey, Durgesh, Abhinandan, Rahul, and many others.

Speaking on the occasion, Pawan attributed his success to his mother, stating that this achievement would not have been possible without her hard work and sacrifices. He also expressed his gratitude to his mentors and everyone who supported him, affirming that he would remain indebted to them for the rest of his life.
