ARA----------------------In a heinous case of rape and murder of a six-year-old girl in the Garhani police station area of ​​Bhojpur district, the police have prepared for major action against the accused. The house of the absconding accused will soon be attached, and there is a possibility that a bulldozer will be used on the accused's house. In this regard, the court has issued a proclamation and an attachment warrant against the accused. After receiving the warrant, the Garhani police station is now preparing to attach the accused's house. It is believed that the police may carry out the attachment proceedings on Wednesday.

Garhani Station House Officer Kamaljeet, giving information in this regard, said that in the event of the accused's non-arrest, an application was filed in the court for a proclamation and attachment against him. The court, taking cognizance of this application, has issued a proclamation and an attachment warrant. In such a situation, the police will soon carry out the attachment proceedings under the prescribed legal procedure.

It should be noted that this incident took place on the night of December 16, when a six-year-old girl sleeping in her house in a village in the Mahadalit locality of the Garhani police station area was abducted. The culprit raped the girl and then brutally murdered her. The next day, on the morning of December 17, the girl's body was recovered near the canal in Agiaon. The post-mortem examination revealed excessive bleeding from the girl's mouth, nose, and private parts, and her upper teeth were also broken. Based on this evidence, it was suspected that she was raped and then beaten to death for resisting. An FIR was registered against a young man named Mukesh in this case.

After the incident, there was widespread anger among the local villagers. They protested and blocked roads demanding the immediate arrest of the accused. Since then, the police have been conducting continuous raids to ensure the accused's arrest, but he has so far eluded capture. In this situation, to move the judicial process forward, the police have now decided to initiate confiscation proceedings against him so that he can be brought before the law and the victim's family can receive justice.
