RAJIV NAYAN AGRAWAL

ARA--------------------------Using undignified and intemperate language regarding criminals does not befit the dignity of a Chief Minister. The people of Bihar expect you to improve the system, not merely trade words.

If crime in Bihar has been brought under control, why do incidents of murder, robbery, theft, chain-snatching, and crimes against women continue to occur daily—from Patna to the villages?

If there is 'Good Governance' (*Sushasan*), why is the corruption rampant in Block, Police Station, Circle, Sub-division, and District offices not being curbed?

If development has taken place, why do dilapidated roads, waterlogging, incomplete drains, and wretched basic amenities in hundreds of Bihar's villages—including Bhojpur—continue to cause hardship to the public?

For the inauguration of a ₹31 crore scheme in Bhojpur, lakhs and crores were spent to erect grand stages and *pandals*. On one hand, the government preaches austerity and cost-cutting; on the other, it engages in ostentatious spending of public funds. The public demands an answer to this.

Chief Minister, please also tell the people of Bihar: Are all medicines available in government hospitals? Is every patient receiving quality treatment? Are the inaugurated hospitals and medical colleges operating at full capacity?

Public tax money should be used for public service, not for publicity. Bihar needs employment, not empty rhetoric. Bihar needs the rule of law, not speeches. Bihar needs roads, education, healthcare, and a corruption-free administration, not mere optics.

Listen to the people's suffering, not the arrogance of power. That is the true hallmark of democracy.
