ARA--------------------------The city's development and expansion is set to gain another impetus. A new 'Zero Mile' could soon be developed near Baram Baba Sthan in Udwant Nagar. The Asni-Patar road is now very close to connecting directly with the Ara-Sasaram main road.
With the opening of this new Zero Mile, the pressure of heavy vehicles and traffic on the old intersections of Ara city will be significantly reduced.
Residents of the Asni and Patar areas will now have a convenient route to reach Ara city and Sasaram. This will reduce the distance between rural and urban areas.
With improved road connectivity, land prices in Udwant Nagar and its surrounding areas are expected to rise sharply. This area could soon become a hub of new commercial establishments, shops, and market complexes.
