BUXAR--------------------------A blood donation camp organized in Itarhi on the occasion of the annual Urs of Hazrat Ibrahim Shah (Rahmatullah Alaih) set a fine example of humanity and social harmony. The camp was inaugurated by Itarhi Station House Officer (SHO) Pooja Kumari. Nazim Alam, Twinkle Alam, Akash Jaiswal, and other organizers were present on the occasion. The 'Blood Buxar' team also actively participated in the blood donation drive.
The highlight of this camp was the beautiful display of the 'Ganga-Jamuni Tehzeeb' (syncretic culture); people from diverse communities came forward together to donate blood and pledged to save the lives of needy patients. A total of 26 blood donors contributed to the cause, sending a powerful message of humanity.
SHO Pooja Kumari stated that a single unit of blood could play a crucial role in saving a needy person's life. Since there is no substitute for blood, donating it is truly a supreme act of charity and a gift of life. Urging the youth to participate enthusiastically in blood donation, she noted that it helps ensure timely blood availability for those in need. She also praised the 'Blood Buxar' initiative—themed 'New Thinking, New Tradition'—describing it as a noble endeavor. The blood donors included Nazim Alam, Twinkle Alam, Avinash Kumar, Sagar Gupta, Khalil Alam, Danish Khan, Abhimanyu Gupta, Dheeraj Gupta, Shakeel Ansari, Bablu Ansari, Miraj Ansari, Sunil Yadav, Vishal Yadav, Naushad Ansari, Firoz Ansari, Khurshid Ansari, Tinku Yadav, and Tajim Alam, among others.
Members of 'Blood Buxar'—including Adil Khan, Naseem Nayak, Shadab Alam, Aman Ali, and Zila Parishad member Arman Malik—were present on the occasion. The organizers expressed their gratitude to all the blood donors and to the Maa Tapeshwar Devi Blood Center for their support.
