BHABHUA--------------------------During a vehicle check near Machkhiyan, police arrested a smuggler and seized 42 liters of country-made and foreign liquor from a car. The arrested individual has been identified as Ishamul Haq, son of Isha Ansari, a resident of Woodwaliya village under the Bhabua police station area.
According to reports, Durgawati police were conducting vehicle checks near Machkhiyan. During the operation, they stopped and searched a four-wheeler, discovering 42 liters of country-made and foreign liquor inside.
The police seized the liquor and the car and arrested Ishamul Haq on the spot. Durgawati Station House Officer (SHO) Girish Kumar confirmed the seizure of 42 liters of liquor and the arrest of one individual during the vehicle check. Further legal action is being taken by the police in this matter.
