ARA-----------------------------An FIR has been registered regarding an incident involving a clash and gunfire between two groups over a land dispute in Hali Tola village, under the Gajrajganj Outpost (OP) area. The FIR names 40 individuals from both sides. Cases have been registered against 11 people based on the complaint of Surendra Singh (from one side) and against 29 people based on the statement of Shikam Devi (from the other side). Both groups have accused each other of opening fire. All the accused are residents of Hali Tola.

The FIR lodged by Surendra Singh states that on Sunday morning, he was ploughing his field with a tractor in preparation for paddy transplantation. At that time, all 11 accused—including Rahul Singh and Rajkumar Yadav—arrived armed with weapons and began firing.

When they tried to flee, the accused followed them and continued firing. During this, his daughter, Sheila Kumari, was shot in the head. Surendra Singh has alleged that the opposing group fired more than 15 rounds.

Meanwhile, Shikam Devi—wife of Rajkumar Yadav from the other group—stated that 29 accused, including Mahesh Yadav and Surendra Yadav, arrived at their doorstep armed with rifles, guns, and sharp-edged weapons. They engaged in assault and gunfire. During the incident, the house's windows and doors were smashed, and one lakh rupees were snatched away.

Shikam Devi has accused the other group of firing using licensed weapons. After registering the FIR, the police are investigating the matter and are working to apprehend the accused.
