CROCODILE SPOTTED IN RIVER

BHABHUA-------------------------Panic gripped riverside areas after a massive crocodile was spotted on Friday in the Karmanasha River, which flows along the UP-Bihar border. The crocodile was seen in the river near Khajura village within the Durgawati block.

Fear spread among local villagers as soon as news of the sighting broke. Residents informed the local administration; subsequently, an administrative team arrived at the scene to assess the situation.

The administration has urged people living along the riverbanks and in nearby areas to remain vigilant. Residents have been advised to avoid going near the river and to report any sightings or unusual activity immediately.

Meanwhile, the administration has initiated steps to safely capture or remove the crocodile from the river. The Forest Department and relevant officials have also been informed about the matter.
