WORKERS ARE STRENGTH OF A PARTY: BHAI DINESH
We must engage in a serious introspection regarding the political and social circumstances that prevailed from 1990 to 2005, and from 2010 to 2025. History makes it abundantly clear that no political party can remain strong for the long term relying solely on power, wealth, or muscle power; rather, a party's true strength resides in its dedicated leaders, grassroots workers, supporters, and the trust reposed in it by the general public.

ARA--------------------------We must engage in a serious introspection regarding the political and social circumstances that prevailed from 1990 to 2005, and from 2010 to 2025. History makes it abundantly clear that no political party can remain strong for the long term relying solely on power, wealth, or muscle power; rather, a party's true strength resides in its dedicated leaders, grassroots workers, supporters, and the trust reposed in it by the general public.
It is only when a party places its faith in its workers, supporters, well-wishers, and admirers—granting them both respect and responsibility—that the organization truly gains strength and public trust flourishes. It is this very trust that propels any political party forward on the path of public service over the long haul.
Capitalists, the mafia, and domineering elements may occasionally dangle momentarily alluring dreams and embellished promises; however, such individuals cannot sustain themselves throughout the long journey of society and politics. In the realm of politics, enduring success is achieved solely through ideology, struggle, integrity, and unwavering dedication to the people.
I call upon all the party's leaders and workers to strengthen our socialist ideology and to boldly raise their voices on behalf of the poor, farmers, laborers, the youth, and the marginalized sections of society. It is only by harnessing the trust of the people and the collective strength of our workers that our organization can be further fortified.
We must draw lessons from our history and forge ahead on the path of unity, struggle, and public service. This is the path that will strengthen our party and foster the spirit of justice, equality, and brotherhood within society.
