PATNA-------------------------A horrific road accident occurred near the Chief Minister's residence in Patna. A speeding Thar vehicle collided with a police patrol vehicle. Police officers were injured. The vehicle entered the parking lot and broke through barricades. Police detained all the youths and launched an investigation.

A horrific road accident occurred in Patna, the capital of Bihar, on Sunday morning, involving a police patrol vehicle and a Thar vehicle. The incident occurred near the Chief Minister's residence and Home Minister Samrat Chaudhary's residence, causing panic in the area. According to reports, the police were patrolling when a high-speed Thar vehicle hit the police vehicle head-on.

The collision caused chaos at the scene. The personnel in the police vehicle were injured and immediately admitted to a nearby hospital. Police officials stated that the patrol team was on routine duty at the time of the incident. After the Thar vehicle went out of control, it drove straight into a nearby park, breaking through the barricades.

Locals reported that the vehicle was moving at such a high speed after the collision that it managed to stop inside the park. Upon receiving information about the incident, police and local administration teams immediately arrived at the scene. All the young men in the Thar vehicle have been taken into custody. Police have registered a case against the men and launched an investigation.

The police driver told the media that while patrolling the road, he suddenly saw a Thar vehicle coming at high speed from the front. The vehicle suddenly collided, severely damaging the police vehicle and injuring several officers. He also stated that if immediate action had not been taken, the accident could have had even more serious consequences.

Police officers at the scene stated that CCTV footage in the area is being examined, and the vehicle's speed, the driver's condition, and the cause of the collision are being investigated. The damage to the park is also being assessed.

Locals say that if road rules had been followed and vehicle speeds controlled, this accident could have been avoided. The police administration has appealed to the public to control speed while driving and follow road safety rules.

Following the incident, security has been increased at the Chief Minister's Office and the Home Minister's residence. Police said the injured soldiers are in stable condition and are receiving treatment. Meanwhile, the arrested youths are being interrogated to determine the exact cause of the accident.
