TRAGIC ACCIDENT NEAR PASAUR TURN ON ARA-SASARAM SH

ARA------------------------On Friday evening, a tragic accident occurred near Pasaur turn in the Charpokhri police station area of ​​the district on the Ara-Sasaram State Highway. An unknown vehicle ran over a rural bank's probationary officer (PO) who was riding a motorcycle. He died on the spot. The incident caused panic among the people.

Following this heartbreaking incident, there was widespread anger among the local villagers. The enraged villagers immediately blocked the Ara-Sasaram State Highway near Pasaur turn by placing the body in the middle of the road, demanding immediate compensation. The road blockade caused long queues of vehicles on the highway, and traffic came to a complete standstill.

Upon receiving information about the incident, Charpokhri Station House Officer Santosh Kumar Singh immediately reached the spot with his police force. He pacified the angry villagers and assured them of appropriate action, after which the blockade was lifted. After the blockade was removed, the police took the body into their custody and sent it for post-mortem examination at the Sadar Hospital.

According to information, the deceased has been identified as 28-year-old Bhaskar Pandey alias Sonu Pandey, a resident of Ramasadh village, Ward No. 5, in the Sandesh police station area. He was currently residing in the Karman Tola locality of the Nawada police station area and was working as a PO at the Rural Bank in Maliyabagh, Rohtas district.

Meanwhile, the deceased's uncle, Omkar Pandey, said that he was posted at the Rural Bank in Maliyabagh, Rohtas district. The bank is closed on Sundays. Therefore, he was returning to Ara after his duty on his motorcycle. During this time, an unknown vehicle crushed him near Pasaur turn, resulting in his death on the spot. The police then informed his family about the incident.

It is said that the deceased was the eldest of his two siblings, a brother and a sister. His family includes his mother Savita Devi and a sister, Soni Devi. The deceased's father is a farmer. After the incident, there was a great uproar in the deceased's house. His mother Savita Devi and all the family members are inconsolable.
