ARA--------------------------This is great news for the people of Arrah! The Road Construction Department has opened its coffers for the widening and strengthening of 4 important roads in Bhojpur district. Administrative approval has been received, and the tender process will begin soon.

Find out which 4 roads will be constructed and how much it will cost? ?

Aranya Devi Temple to Four-Lane Highway (₹37.19 crore) ?️

Route: Aranya Devi Temple ➡️ Sheeshmahal Chowk ➡️ Sabzi Gola ➡️ Mirganj ➡️ Arrah-Buxar Four-Lane Highway.

Benefit: Now, devotees visiting the temple and those traveling through the city center will be free from the severe traffic congestion. This road will be 4.8 km wide.

Target: To be completed by March 2026.

Arrah Station to SP Residence/Ramna Maidan (₹14.11 crore)

Route: Railway Station ➡Club Road ➡️ Ramna Maidan ➡SP Residence.

Condition: This road is currently in very poor condition. It will be renovated with the help of NABARD.

Target: By March 2026.

Zero Mile to Patar (₹33.89 crore)

This is the remaining part of NH-119A. The load-bearing capacity of the road will be increased so that it does not deteriorate quickly.

Target: By March 2026.

 Zero Mile to Asni Flyover (₹94.38 crore)

This is the biggest project (part of NH-30). This work will be done in two phases.

Phase 1: 50% of the work by March 2026.

Phase 2: The remaining work will be completed by March 2027.

Special Note: All these works are being undertaken under the Chief Minister's 'Pragati Yatra' (Progress Journey) announcement. The Joint Secretary of the department has ordered that the work be started expeditiously.
