ARA----------------------------An old video of Prashant Kishor is currently circulating widely, claiming that he exacted revenge on the DMK in Tamil Nadu because the party's leaders had insulted Biharis. It further asserts that he will go on to defeat Revanth Reddy in Telangana, as Revanth Reddy, too, has hurled insults at Biharis.

If Prashant Kishor truly possesses the capability to exact revenge on anyone who insults Biharis, then it is in Maharashtra and Gujarat that Biharis have faced—and continue to face—the most abuse; indeed, they endure it on a daily basis. And why stop at mere verbal abuse? In Gujarat and Maharashtra, Biharis are often chased down and physically assaulted. Just recently, the Maharashtra government issued a directive stating that all Biharis driving auto-rickshaws or taxis in the state must learn Marathi; otherwise, they will be barred from operating their vehicles within Maharashtra. Given this reality, why does Prashant Kishor never go to Gujarat to defeat the BJP, or work to ensure the defeat of the Shiv Sena or the NDA in Maharashtra?

In reality, Prashant Kishor shrewdly seeks out new clients in regions where he can achieve easy success, and then—to add a strategic twist—he infuses the campaign with the emotive issue of Bihari pride. In short, it allows him to simultaneously earn money and engage in politics by playing on the sentiments of the Bihari community.
