NOTORIOUS VICKY GIRI ALIAS SADHU GIRI RESCUED AFTER ATTACK ON ARA TOWN PS TEAM

ARA---------------------------A case has come to light where a police team was attacked with sticks, stones, and bricks near Gausganj Satpahari Depot in the Nagar police station area, and the arrested accused was freed. ASI Javed Alam and constable Anil Prasad Yadav of Nagar police station were injured in the attack. Following the incident, the police took swift action and arrested two women accused of attacking the police and freeing the arrested accused from police custody. In this case, an FIR has been registered against four people, including the notorious Vicky Giri alias Sadhu Giri, and 5-6 unknown persons, based on a written application from Sub-Inspector Roshan Ali of Nagar police station.

In the registered FIR, Sub-Inspector Roshan Ali stated that on December 27, he received information from the Additional Station House Officer that Vicky Giri alias Sadhu Giri, an accused in a case at Nagar police station and a resident of Gausganj Satpahari Depot, was hiding in his house. To verify the information, he, along with Sub-Inspector Julie Kumari, Head Constable Javed Alam, the mobile patrol team, and other police personnel, went to Satpahari. At 7:45 PM, as soon as the team reached Vicky Giri's house, they saw a person trying to run away upon seeing the police. The police surrounded and apprehended him. The person apprehended was Vicky Giri alias Sadhu Giri, a resident of Satpahari Depot.

At this point, 10-12 men, women, and minors attacked the police team with sticks, stones, and bricks. In the attack, ASI Javed Alam and Constable Anil Prasad Yadav were beaten with kicks and punches. During this time, Vicky Giri also pushed the police, freed himself, and escaped. Then, all of them started throwing stones at the police team, threatening to kill them and hurling abuses. While they were fleeing, two female attackers were apprehended with the help of female police personnel.

The arrested women include Soni Devi, wife of Munna Giri, a resident of Satpahari Depot Gausganj in the Nagar police station area, and another woman. The prince's wife is Gudia Devi. A First Information Report (FIR) has been registered against the arrested woman, Soni Devi, Gudia Devi, the absconding accused Vicky Giri alias Sadhu Giri and Sagar Giri, and 6-7 unknown individuals for attacking the police, attempting to free the arrested person, and issuing threats.
