BHABHUA----------------------------On Thursday morning at 10:00 AM, an 8-year-old girl drowned in a pond in Gorar village, located within the jurisdiction of the local police station, where she had gone to wash clothes. Upon receiving information about the incident, the Durgavati police arrived at the scene, took custody of the body, and sent it to the Sadar Hospital in Bhabhua for a post-mortem examination. According to reports, Rishi Kumari—daughter of Sada Brij Ram, a resident of Gorar village within the Durgavati police station area—had gone to a nearby pond to wash clothes. While washing clothes, she slipped and fell into the deep water, resulting in her death. The incident sent a wave of grief across the entire village, leaving the bereaved family members inconsolable in their sorrow.
