MARRIED WOMAN DIED UNDER MYSTERIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES

BUXAR (RNI) A married woman die under mysterious circumstances at Chilhari village under Naya Bhojpur police station of Dumraon in Buxar district. Her body was found hanging from a noose in her room. On information, her parents beat up the deceased’s father-in-law. The police arrived at the spot and brought the body to the Buxar Sadar Hospital for postmortem. An FIR was lodged with the police under the Naya Police Station in this regard and the police are investigating the matter. Police are also interrogating the father-in-law of the deceased. The deceased was identified as Aamena Khatoon.

SHO Naya Bhojpur police station Manish Kumar said that Aaemena Khatoon was married to Manu Ansari son of Katamuddin Ansari of Chilhari village in February last. Manu Ansari worked abroad.

Kalamuddin, father-in-law of the deceased said that his wife and dauther-in-law often used to quarrel over small things and in the morning also there was a quarrel in between the two after which his wife got angry and went to her maternal home at Bihiya while I also went to graze my goats. While his daughter-in-law committed suicide by hanging herself. On the other hand, parents of the deceased said that she was being harassed for dowry sicne the marriage. The SHO said that pria facie it seems to be a domestic murder. However, only after the postmortem report can something be said about how she died.
