The hideouts of terroorists will be razed to the ground. He said that the terrorists will get a befitting punishment bigger than their imagination. Toda, when he had come to Bihar, he had come after fulfilling his promise. He added that the army has turned their hideouts into ruins. The army had destroyed many terrorist hideouts in Pakistan and occupied Kashmir and Pakistan by firing missiles on May 7, 2025 under the Operation Sindoor. Many terrorists were killed in the attack including Jaish-e-Mohammed’s training Chief Yakub Yugal, said that PM and added that after the picture of Pakistan army officers attending Yakub’s funeral came out, his collusion with the terrorists came to light.

PM Modi talked about everything from Bihar to Pakistan and from development to Jungle Raj. The PM’s two day Bihar tour concluded today during which he participated in many programmes. In today’s rally at Bikramganj in Rohtas district, he discussed many issues including Bihar, Pakistan, Sindoor, Army, Railways, Roads, Airports, Jungle Raj, Development, Laloo, Nitish and others. He said that this gathering is considered important for the upcoming Bihar Assembly Elections, the NDA alliance had suffered a crushing defeat inn this area in the last year Parliamentary elections 2024.

He said that he had the privilege of giving new impetus to the development of Bihar on this holy land. Projects worth more than Rs.50 thousand crores have been inaugurated and foundation stones have been laid here. He added that the participation of people in largd number showed that they have come there to bless him and it also showed their affection and love of Bihar and this is in itself is the most spectacular event of all my progrmmes in Bihar. He paid respect to the mothers and sisters and expressed his hearful gratitude to all the people.

He said that the land of Sasaram has Ram in its name and people of Sasaram know what was the customs of Lord Ram and his clan. This custom of Lord Ram has now become the policy of the new India. Those people who had destroyed the vermilion of our sisters in Pakistan, our army has turned their hideouts into ruins. What is the power of the vermilion of the daughters of India, Pakistan and even the world have seen this. Narendra Modi said that the terrorists who considered themselves safe under the protection of the Pakistan army, were brought to their knees in one stroke. We destroyed the airbases of Pakistan, their military hidekouts in a few minutes. He added that this Bihar is the land of Veer Kuer Singh and thousands of youth from here have become soldiers for the security of the country and sacrificed their lives in the army, in the BSF for the security of the country. He said that in the Operation Sindoor, the world also has seen the unprecendented valour and indomitable courage and bravery of the BSF who deployed on the borders are an impenetrable rock of the security, the protection of Mother India is paramount for the BSF soldiers and while performing the sacred duty of serving the motherland, BSF Sub-Inspector Imtiaz was martyred on the border on May 10, 2025. He paid tribute to this brave son of Bihar and wanted to repeat again from the land of Bihar, the enemy has seen the power of India in Operation Sindoor but the enemy should understand that thijs is only one arrow in the quiver. India’s fight against terrorism has neither stopped nor halted. If the hood of terror rises again, India will pull it out from its hole and crush it.

Prime Minister further said that his fight is with every enemy of the country whether it is across the border on within the country. The people of Bihar are witness to how they have eliminated those who spread violence and unrest in the past. He recalled the situation in Sasaram, Kaimur and the surrounding districts till a few years ago and added that how Naxalism was dominant and everyone was afeaid of when Naxalites came on the streets wearing masks on their faces and guns in their hands. Government schemes used to come but they never reached the citizens. There was neither a hospital nor a mobile tower in the Naxal-affected villages. Sometimes schools were burnt, people who built roads were killed. These people had not faith in Baba Saheb Ambedkar’s constitution. He said that the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar tried his best to bring development here even inthose circumtances. After 2014, we worked faster in this direction. We started punishing the Maoists for their deeds and also brought the youth into the mainstream. Now the country has started reaping the fruits of 11 years of strong commitment. Before 2014, more than 125 districts in the country were Naxal-infested and now only 18 districts remained Naxal-infested. Now the government is providing roads as well as employment and the day is not far when Maoist violence will be completely eradicated and peace, security, education and development will reach every village without hindrance.

When security and peace is established, new paths of development open up. When the Jungle Raj government was bidden farewell, Bihar has also started moving forward on the path of progress. Broken highways, bad railways, limited flight connectivity that era has now become history. He said that once there was only one airport in Bihar in Patna but today Darbhanga airport has also started and flights to cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru are available from here. The people of Bihar had been demanding for a long time that the terminal of Patna airport should be modernized and now this demand was fulfilled. He had privilege last evening of inaugurating the new terminal building of Patna airport. This new termijnal can handle one crore passengers. An investiment of Rs. 1400 crore is being made at Bihta Airport. He added that a network of four-lane and six-lane roads is being laid everywhere in Bihar. Work on Patna to Buxar, Gaya Ji to Dobhi, Patna to Bodhgaya Ji, Patna-Ara-Sasaram Greenfield Corridor is going on. Bridges are being built on all major rivers including Ganga, Sone, Gandak, Kosi with the cost of crores of rupees and thus creates new opportunities and possibilities in Bihar. Thousands of youth will get employment from these projects and tourism and business will benefit.

The condition of railways in Bihar is changing now and world class Vande Bharat trains are running in Bihar and work on double and triple railway lines is going on in the area like Chhapra, Muzaffarpur, Katihar. Multitrackig work is also going on in between Sone-Nagar and Andal which will speed up the movement of tains. More than 100 trains stop at Sasaram now that means we are solving old problems and modernizing the railways. He said that these works could have been done earlier as well but those who were responsible for providing modern trains to Bihar have looted land in the name of recruitment in the railways, got the land of the poor registered in their name, these were their method of social justice, looting the poor and their rights, taking advantage of their helplessness and enjoying the royal life. He warned the people to be cautious of the lies and deceits of the people of Jungle Raj.

The PM said that development without electricity is incomplete and when there is electricity, there is industrial development. When there is electricity, life becomes easieradn the 21st century is a century that runs on technology. Therefore, there is going to be a need of electricity at every step. In the past, a lot of emphasis was laid on electricity production in Bihar and today the consumption of electricity in Bihar has increased four times from 10 years ago. So a big power protect of NTPC is being built at Nabinagar with the estimated cost of about Rs. 30 thousand crores and this will provide 1500 MV electricity to Bihar. New thermal power plants will also start in Buxar and Pirpainti.

Narendra Modi said that now the focus is on the future. We have to take Bihar towards green energy and therefore, a solar park is also being constructed in Kajra. Under the PM-Kusim scheme, farmers are being given earning option from solar energy. The farms are getting electricity from renewable agriculture feeders. The effect of these efforts is that the lives of people have improved. Women are feeling safe.

He further said that when modern infrastructure comes to the State, the villages, poor, farmers and small industries benefit the most because they are able to connect with big markets of the country and abroad. When new investment come to the State, new opportunities are created. In Bihar, Business Summit held last year and a large number of companies came to invest here and when industries come to the State, people do not have to migrate for wages, farmers also get new options. With improves transport facilities, their produce is also able to reach far and wide.

He said that the government is continuously working to increase the income of the farmers of Bihar. Here more than 75 lakh farmers are getting financial assistance under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi. The government has announced the Makhana (Fox Nut) Board and gave GI tag to the Makhanas (Fox Nut) of Bihar due to which the Fox Nut farmers have benefited a lot. In this year’s budget, the government announced a National Institute for Foor Processing in Bihar just two-three days ago, the Cabibent has approved increasing the MSP of 14 crops including paddy for the Kharif season. This will help farmers get better prices for their crops and their income will also increase.

The people who cheated Bihar the most during whose rule the poor and deprived section had to leave Bihar but today the people are telling the lie of social justice to gain power. For decades, the Dalits, backward and tribals of Bihar did not even have toilets, brothers and sisters did not have bank accounts, entry was closed for them in banks, they were not even allowed to enter the door. Most of the people of Dalit and backward classes lived inslims, they did not even have a permanent house, they were homeless, crores of peopledid not even have a rood over ther heads. He added that this plight of the people of Bihar, pain, suffering, was the social justice of Congres and RJD? People are used to making all the policies to make the poor live in such a helpless way. There can be no greater injustice. Congress and RJD people never cared for Dalits and backwards. These people used to bring foreigners to Bihar to show them its poverty but now when Dalits, deprived and backward have left Congress because of its sins. They are remembering social justice to save their existence.

He said that a new dawn of social justice has been seen in Bihar and in the country during the NDA era. He added that the government provided basic facilities to the poor. Four crores new housews, mission to make 3 crore sisters Lakhpati Didi, tap connection in more than 12 crore houses, free treatment up of Rs. 5 lakh to every elderly people above 70 years of age, free ration facility every mont, the government stands with every poor and the needy.

The PM said that no village should be left out, no entitles family should be deprived of the government schemes. He added that the Bihar government has started Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Samagra Seva Abhiyan and the government is reaching every village and locality with 22 important schemes. The goal is to reach every Dalit, Mahadalit, backward and extremely backward person directlh. He said that more than 30 thousand camps have been organized and lakhs of people have joined this campaign. When the government itself reaches out to the beneficiaries, there is no discrimination and there is no corruption and only then there is true social justice.

He said that we have to make Bihar the Bihar of Baba Saheb Ambedkar, Karpoori Thakur, Babu Jagjiwan Ram and JP’s dreams with the goal of developed Bihar and developed India because whenever Bihar has progressed, India has reache the top of the world. He said that he believed that together wew will take the pace of development further ahead.
