INSTRUCTION TO EXPEDITE SKETCH MAPS AND HOUSE LISTING

ARA----------------------------A review meeting regarding the successful conduct of Census 2027 was held via Zoom, presided over by the District Magistrate of Bhojpur, Tanay Sultania.

During the meeting, the District Magistrate directed all Charge Officers to ensure, without fail, that the tasks of preparing sketch maps and conducting house listing are completed within the next two days. He further instructed senior officials across all blocks to continuously monitor the progress of census-related work within their respective blocks and to ensure the completion of all procedures within the stipulated timeframe.

Additionally, the District Magistrate placed special emphasis on the effective utilization of various resources—including 'Jeevika Didis' (women self-help group members), 'Sevikas' (Anganwadi Workers), 'Sahayikas' (Assistants), and 'Vikas Mitras' (Development Facilitators)—for the purpose of public awareness and publicity campaigns.

He highlighted that accurate census data assists the government in the better formulation of schemes, the equitable distribution of resources, the development of infrastructure, and the effective formulation of policies in sectors such as education, health, and employment.

Present on this occasion were the Deputy Development Commissioner of Bhojpur, the Additional Collector of Bhojpur, senior officials from all blocks, the District Education Officer, the District Agriculture Officer, the District Statistics Officer, all Charge Officers, and other concerned officials.
