Kunwar, the headman of Dumri Panchayat, and his wife Shobha Devi will participate as special guests. This occasion has become a matter of pride not only for the panchayat but for the entire Buxar district. In this regard, an official letter has been issued by the Project Director of the Bihar State Panchayat Resource Institution, Panchayati Raj Department.

As soon as this information reached Dumri Panchayat and the surrounding rural areas, a wave of joy spread. People called it a golden chapter in the history of the panchayat. Villagers say that this honor has not been given to any one person, but to the mindset and work style that has transformed the face of the panchayat.
