Preparations are underway to operate 40 electric buses (Bihar Tourism E-Bus) from the capital Patna to various major tourist destinations. These include Kaimur, Bodh Gaya, Rajgir, Sitamarhi, Vaishali, and other places. The action plan for starting the e-bus service (Bihar Tourism E-Bus) to these locations is being finalized.

PATNA--------------------------The government led by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is planning to give a major gift to the people of Bihar in the new year. Preparations are underway to operate 40 electric buses (Bihar Tourism E-Bus) from the capital Patna to various major tourist destinations. This initiative will give a new impetus to the immense potential for tourism development in the state. Giving details of this plan, departmental officials said that the state has become a major center for domestic and international tourists in the past few years. A large number of people from outside the state are coming to see the infrastructure developed in the state over the past 20 years. With the development of such convenient and comfortable transportation facilities, Bihar will also see a significant increase in the influx of domestic and foreign tourists, similar to other states like Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa, and Uttar Pradesh.
