DEMOCRACY CANNOT BE STRONG WITHOUT JUSTICE: BHAI DINESH
In the Bharat Tiwari case, now that the government and administration themselves have admitted the encounter was wrongful, mere statements are not enough. The public demands accountability. Strict action must be taken against the guilty police officers, and the victim's family must receive dignified compensation, a government job, and a full guarantee of justice.

ARA----------------------------In the Bharat Tiwari case, now that the government and administration themselves have admitted the encounter was wrongful, mere statements are not enough. The public demands accountability. Strict action must be taken against the guilty police officers, and the victim's family must receive dignified compensation, a government job, and a full guarantee of justice.
In a democracy, no one is above the law. No matter how grave the crime, the authority to punish lies with the courts. The government's duty is to apprehend criminals and ensure swift, severe punishment through speedy trials, rather than fostering a system that causes even innocent people to lose faith in the justice system.
Today, the people of the state desire a society free from fear, impartial justice, and development. The government should focus on education, healthcare, irrigation, roads, electricity, drinking water, employment, and resolving farmers' issues. Inflation and corruption have made life difficult for the common people; effective control over these issues is essential.
The speedy justice system must be strengthened to curb robbery, murder, rape, and organized crime. Strict action should be taken against those who adulterate food products, as this directly endangers people's lives and health.
Arrangements for resettlement must be made before displacing the poor. New employment opportunities should be created for the youth by establishing industries. The benefits of justice and development must reach the last person in society without any discrimination.
A fair review of the cases registered against the people of Bilauti should be conducted, and a just decision taken.
A government's true strength lies not in power, but in the trust of the people. This trust will endure only when every citizen receives justice, security, dignity, and opportunity.
