RAJIV NAYAN AGRAWAL

ARA------------------------An effigy of the Modi government was burned, and the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan was demanded under the leadership of Dr. Shridhar Tiwari, District President of the Bhojpur District Congress Committee. This protest, attended by senior members of the District Congress Committee, was held to highlight widespread irregularities, paper leaks, and corruption in the NEET exam, as well as issues regarding unemployment and the future of students. Dr. Shridhar Tiwari stated that since the Modi government came to power, question papers for 80 major national examinations have been leaked. He noted that massive rigging in the NEET exam has jeopardized the future of 2.2 million (22 lakh) students, and that paper leaks are causing financial ruin for students and their families. Furthermore, unchecked inflation in the prices of diesel, petrol, LPG, and food items is breaking the back of the public, leaving the common people—including women struggling with kitchen expenses—deeply distressed. The cost of fertilizers poses another major problem for farmers. In this context, the Congress party will not remain silent; it is waging a continuous struggle on these issues from the streets to Parliament. Rahul Gandhi is consistently and vocally raising these matters across the country, reflecting the sentiments of the people. It has always been the Congress party's policy to serve as a vocal champion for the poor, youth, students, women, farmers, and the exploited and marginalized sections of society—a role we continue to fulfill effectively today.

Key figures present at the event included former President Triveni Prasad Singh, State Bar Council member Pannag Kumar Tripathi, Professor Arun Kumar Singh, Media In-charge Virendra Mishra, Youth District President Bhanu Pratap Singh, Saket Tiwari, Prashant Ojha, Golu Tiwari, Pramod Rai, Brijesh Yadav, Rajesh Kumar, Chitranjan Munna, Manoj Kumar Anjani, Razi Ahmed, Brijendra Yadav, Ashutosh Thakur, Shakti Singh Manan, Ranjit Kumar, Amit Mishra, Raghavendra Dhari Singh, Imdad Ahmed, Dr. Bhim Tiwari, Omprakash Singh, Krishna Singh Radhe, Prem Ranjan Singh, Shashi Kumar Yadav, Mohammad Nimat Ali, Laddu Yadav, Ghanshyam Chaudhary, Ajay Paswan, and Lal Babu Sah.
