According to reports, the deceased has been identified as Jitendra Kumar Singh, a 45-year-old son of the late Ram Kewal Singh, a resident of Piperahiya village within the Mufassil police station jurisdiction. He worked as a private security guard at a jewelry shop located on Jail Road in the city. Meanwhile, the deceased's son, Golu Kumar, stated that on Sunday morning, they were harvesting wheat in the fields using a thresher. Separately, the deceased's son, Golu Kumar, has formally alleged that his father was murdered by having hot water thrown over his body.
He further stated that his father's body and clothes were soaked, and the skin on several parts of his body appeared to be burnt. However, the exact circumstances surrounding the private guard's death remain unclear. The precise cause of death is expected to be established only after the post-mortem report is received.
