BHOJPUR POLICE RECOVERED A MARRIED WOMAN AND ARRESTED HER LOVER FROM ARA RAILWAY STATION

ARA--------------------------Bhojpur police recovered a married woman from the Ara railway station and also arrested her lover from there. The police brought the woman to the Ara Sadar Hospital for medical examination and also produced him in the Ara Civil Court to register her statement under section 164 CrPC. The arrested lover was identified as Om Prakash Yadav alias Jhabar Yadav of Kawara Mathia village under Jagdishpur police station in Bhojpur district.

SHO Karnamepur police outpost Manish Kumar said that Om Prakash Yadav alias Jhabar Yadav had kidnapped Anita Devi wife of Anil Yadav of Lalu Ke Dera village under Karnamepur police outpost on April 25, 2023. A named FIR was lodged with the police under Karnamepur police outpost against Om Prakash Yadav alias Jhabar Yadav of Kawara Mathia village under Jagdishpur police station in Bhojpur district in connection with kidnapping of a married woman on the statement of Anil Yadav, husband of the woman. After institution of FIR, the police swung into action and started investigating the matter and also conducting raids to recover the woman. Meanwhile, the police got information that the kidnapper with the kidnapped woman was coming to Ara. The police at once laid a trap and recovered the woman from the Ara railway station and also arrested the kidnapper.

Sources said that the woman was in love with Om Prakash Yadav alias Jhabar before her marriage and her love affair continued even after the marriage. Both used to meet secretly and due to which there used to be quarrel in the family. Meanwhile, both fled away on April 24, 2023. Om Prakash Yadav confessed that he lived with Anita Devi as her husband for a few days in Varanasi.
