WOMAN LEVELS ALLEGATIONS AGAINST KHAN

PATNA-----------------------------A woman has leveled serious allegations against teacher Faisal Khan, popularly known as Khan Sir, in Patna. The woman, identified as Husnara Khatoon, alleges that her life is in danger because of Khan Sir; fearing for her safety, she has submitted a formal request to the police seeking protection. She stated that the police have assured her of security and provided a contact number to reach the station immediately in case of any trouble.

Speaking about the matter, Husnara Khatoon claimed that in 2017, Khan Sir was in contact with her roommate, Sabina Khatoon, and used to visit their room frequently over a period of about six months. According to the woman, she had raised objections to this on several occasions. She alleges that a situation of conflict and dispute persisted between them for about two months, eventually leading to police involvement. Husnara claimed that, fearing harm from Khan Sir, she had informed a relative of hers who is a Station House Officer (SHO).

Subsequently, after the relative reprimanded Khan Sir, he apologized, and she was not harassed for some time. However, the woman claims that despite this, attempts to gather information about her continued. She expressed fear that if any untoward incident were to happen to one of her relatives or acquaintances, she too could become a target.

Driven by this apprehension, she has sought police protection. She also made several claims regarding the relationship between her roommate, Sabina Khatoon, and Khan Sir, stating that the two shared a close bond. The woman alleged that there were instances where Khan Sir and her roommate would stay inside the room with the door closed. On such occasions, she was forced to wait outside the room for hours. During that time, she learned things that now make her feel unsafe. The woman also alleged that attempts were being made to gather information about her by calling her relatives. She claimed that calls were made—purportedly from the Sultanganj police station area—to her family members, stating that their daughter was there and asking them to come and take her away. She lives in constant fear due to these recurring incidents. She has demanded that the police ensure her safety and investigate the matter. Husnara Khatun also alleged the theft of approximately ₹4,500.

She stated that if someone claims to help the poor, they should honestly return money belonging to others. Highlighting her financial situation, she emphasized that even this amount is significant to her. She claimed that Khan Sir wants her to leave Patna. Husnara Khatun further stated that she has lodged a formal complaint with the Pirbahore police station. The police have assured her of protection and informed her that she can contact them immediately should any problem arise. They have provided a contact number and reassured her regarding her safety.
