The young woman was traveling in the AC First Class coach of the Swatantrata Senani Express with 75 liters of foreign liquor. Teams from the RPF and CIB apprehended her at the Samastipur station in Bihar. Videos and photos of the incident are going viral on social media. She has been identified as 21-year-old Neha Jha, a resident of Bari village under the Singhia Ghat police station area in Samastipur district. Ishan Kumar, a resident of Karnal, Haryana, was arrested with her. Shocking details about the young woman have now come to light. Neha Jha, a resident of Samastipur, Bihar—daughter of Sanjay Jha—was caught at the station with 75 bottles of liquor. Brahmins are brimming with talent; the poor girl got caught smuggling liquor. Neha is the youngest of four sisters. According to railway officials, the accused was traveling in First AC without a ticket; her appearance gave no indication that she lacked a valid ticket. "No trade is too small or too big, and there is no business greater than business itself" Neha was managing the family's illicit trade; sources indicate that Neha Jha's family was also involved in liquor smuggling. Her elder sister's husband is currently lodged in Chhapra Jail in connection with a liquor smuggling case. After her brother-in-law was imprisoned, Neha—along with her sister's brother-in-law, Ishan—rebuilt the entire network. Her elder sister and father were also liquor smugglers; what did the villagers say? Villagers state that Neha is acquainted with prominent doctors, influential figures, and wealthy individuals in Darbhanga, to whom she easily supplies liquor. According to the villagers, the four sisters' lifestyles changed significantly after they moved to Darbhanga for their studies. Neha's elder sister has also been jailed twice for liquor smuggling. Their father had also been imprisoned two years ago; the police had arrested him in a similar case. Neha's younger brother was preparing for the NEET exam but fell prey to substance abuse after failing to clear it; he subsequently underwent treatment at a de-addiction center in Muzaffarpur.
